Task register
Upload the client's tracker — Task ID, Staff Name, Status, Due Date, Remarks. Owners bind by name against the roster; anything unmatched is reported rather than dropped.
Logins
Throwaway credentials for a sealed environment. Hidden by default — do not reveal while sharing a screen.

Start completely fresh
Empties the database AND every mailbox. Everything goes: roster, tasks, messages, runs, audit trail, inboxes. WhatsApp pairing survives — unpairing needs a QR scan and is deliberately not a button.
Afterwards: Re-seed (or upload a tracker), then Send staff replies, then Trigger run.
